The Orion Support Team will customize your Orion installation to match your affiliate’s programs, staff, and subcontractors. This process may take 24-48 hours before it is completed. Once complete, you can work with support to dial in your installation to match your needs. Orion is a managed subscription platform, meaning we will take care of all setup, technical issues, and maintenance on your behalf to ensure your installation is running at peak performance. There is no additional cost for this support and customization.

Our subscription plans only differ in cost and renewal length. The yearly plan provides a discounted rate to HFH affiliates for subscribing on a yearly basis.
